Brian Horner, PT

Graduated from Indiana University in 1994.

Brian is a 1994 graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy. He has worked as a staff P.T. with Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, Therapy supervisor with Healthcare Therapy Services, Director of Rehab for DeKalb Memorial Hospital, Regional Director of Operations for Healthcare Therapy Services and Owner of HTS Outpatient Therapy in Avon.

Brian is a member of the American PT Association (APTA), He lives with his wonderful and beautiful wife Amie and their children Gage, Haley and Brynna.

Robert Clark, PTA

Bob has been with HTS for 4 years. He has worked and managed several outpatient clinics. He has worked in industrial care and also works for Healthcare Therapy Services working with patients in long term care facilities. He lives with his wife Barb and has 3 sons.

Aaron Rush PTA

Aaron is a graduate of the University of Indianpolis. He is ready to treat patients will all their rehabilitation needs.

Amie Horner, Office Manager

Amie has been with HTS Outpatient Therapy since 2007.  With a background in business and marketing Amie strives to bring superior customer service for patients.  Working as a liaison between insurance companies, patients and the rest of the staff to ensure you have an enjoyable and successful outcome with your therapy.  Please call her if you have any questions.  When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband Brian, kids and their dog Otis.

Kelley Gagne- Front Office Assistant

Kelley has a background in customer service and will help patients with their scheduling, insurance questions and help things run smoothy for your therapy visits.

Megan Fornuto, Rehab Tech

Megan joined HTS Outpatient Therapy in 2008 as a Rehab Tech.  She is a student at the University of Indianapolis majoring in Exercise Science and Psychology.  She is looking forward to assisting our staff with our patients and helping out in the office.

Erin O'Connell - Rehab Tech

Erin has been with HTS since the summer of 2010 and has an Accounting degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is here to help the therapist with patients.

Amy O'Leary - Rehab Tech

Amy graduated from IU in 2009 with a BS in Kinesiology. She is here ready to assist with patients.
